Shipping:

We ship from our warehouse in Jacksonville, Florida to you via USPS or UPS. We use the carrier rates to determine the shipping costs. Some orders are bulky and costly to ship. Batting Rolls are the best example. We do ship rolls. The shipping cost is determined by your address. If you have questions, please contact us to discuss before placing and order.

Returns:

No Returns. If an item is defective, contact us and we will review your issue. If the item is indeed defective, we will replace it.
